Armando Montelongo Live Review - WARNING SCAM

I went through and saw all the negative stuff being said about Armando Montelongo and his seminar company and I had to tell my story.

I first went to a LIVE event in Houston about a year or so ago. I was skeptical right up to the end. I really didn't believe I could make money in real estate with absolutely no money down. He kept saying it over and over again and I kept shaking my head. Until, that is, the speaker said, "Do you want to leave a legacy for your family?"

From that moment on, I've been an avid, hard core, to the end, Armando Montelongo student.

I attended the three day seminar immediately and learned a lot. But I craved for more. I knew I could have made a few offers but felt as if I was missing something. I had heard about his bus tour and jumped on that immediately. I had to borrow the money since it was a bit pricey, but something inside my told me it was a GREAT opportunity that I would be stupid to pass up.

The bus tour back then was nothing like it is now. It was smaller, but Armando was still there the entire time, like he is today, holding my hand (almost literally at certain points!!) as we physically walked properties. He showed up exactly what needed to be done and then let us evaluate the houses.

Wow. Is all I can say. I have never felt so empowered after leaving a seminar then I did back then. In fact, I've never felt so empowered in my entire life! I got to meet Armando and talk to him personally and he was SO nice! I couldn't believe it!! He's NOTHING like he is on the show Flip This House.

After leaving the bus tour, I put in five offers, got four accepted and within two months, has renovated and sold two of my properties. I sold the other two shortly after. The only reason it took longer to sell the other two was because I had to put them on hold while I pulled myself together after becoming so successful so quickly!!!!

If you're doubting Armando...stop. You think this is a scam? Then I feel sorry for you. Yeah there might be bitter people out there who just aren't smart enough for this program, but they're just jealous. Haters will hate.

I have been welcomed back to the bus tours of today and they are even more empowering then they were back then. The energy of Armando Montelongo and his staff is contagious!!

I am a house flipping machine and I know you can be too! It takes hard work, dedication and passion, just like with anything in life. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!

Conclusion: Don't think. Just do it.
